Questions, Answered
Q.How far in advance should we write to you?
Most couples write eight to fourteen months before their wedding. We keep a small calendar — a limited number of weddings each year — so the earlier the letter, the better.
Q.Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in Bengaluru and travel across India and abroad. Travel is arranged simply and billed at cost.
Q.Do you photograph and film?
Both. Photographs and films are made by the same small team, in the same quiet register, so the story never contradicts itself.
Q.When do we receive our story?
A first letter of selected photographs arrives within two weeks. The complete story — photographs, and film if commissioned — arrives within ten to twelve weeks.
Q.How many photographs will we receive?
A full wedding usually becomes six to nine hundred kept photographs. We edit for the story, not the count.
Q.What does it cost?
Photography commissions begin at ₹2,50,000. Photography and film together begin at ₹4,00,000. Every commission is arranged in a conversation, not a cart.
